Terms of use

ComicFusion ("the app", "we", "us") is operated by Tushar Chaudhary, an individual based in India. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the app and this website. By using ComicFusion, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

ComicFusion has four parts: (a) a web browser for visiting third-party websites that you choose; (b) a community layer where you can react to and comment on pages, join series rooms, and follow other readers; (c) optional AI tools (such as translation, colorisation, audio narration, and art restoration); and (d) a social feed summarising activity from readers and communities you follow.

We do not host, store, upload, index, or distribute any comics, manga, webtoons, or novels. All such content lives on third-party websites that you choose to open — exactly as it would in any web browser. We are not affiliated with those websites, do not control them, and are not responsible for their content, availability, or legality.

Features such as Continue Reading, History, and Library are your own private records of pages you have opened or saved — the same as the history and bookmarks in any browser. You are responsible for the websites you choose to visit and how you use them.

You must be at least 13 years old to use ComicFusion. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Content on third-party websites you visit may be mature or unsuitable for some audiences. You are responsible for the sites you open and for following the age and content rules that apply to you.

Some features require an account, created and secured through our authentication provider. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

When you use the in-app browser, you connect directly to third-party websites. Those websites have their own terms and privacy practices, which you are responsible for following. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any third-party website or its content, and your use of them is at your own risk.

You may post reactions, comments, GIFs, votes, and room discussions ("your content"). You keep ownership of your content, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and display it within the app so the community features can work.

You agree not to post or do anything that:

• is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or breaches any law;
• is hateful, harassing, threatening, or defamatory;
• is sexual content involving minors, or is otherwise abusive or exploitative;
• is spam, a scam, malware, or an attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

We may remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that we reasonably believe break these Terms. You can report content or users from within the app.

AI tools are optional and consume in-app credits. When you use a tool, you confirm that you have the rights needed to process the content you submit. Results are generated automatically, may be imperfect, and are provided on an "as is" basis.

Credits are a limited licence to use the tools; they have no cash value, are not transferable, and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We may change tool availability or pricing over time.

Paid credits and premium plans are rolled out gradually and may not be available on every platform or in every region yet. Where they are available, purchases are processed through Google Play's billing system or Apple's In-App Purchase system and are subject to that store's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and refunds follow the applicable store and legal policies.

We may in future show advertising within the social feed only — never inside the in-app browser. A premium plan may remove those ads. We will update these Terms and our Privacy Policy before enabling ads.

The app itself — its name, logo, design, and software — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, resell, or reverse-engineer the app, except to the limited extent the law allows.

We do not host, store, or distribute comics, manga, webtoons, or novels. Material of that kind lives on third-party websites you choose to open, and we have no ability to remove it — a notice about it must go to the website hosting the material, or to its hosting provider or registrar.

What we do host is content posted by our users: comments, reactions, room discussions, and images uploaded to the community. If you own the copyright in something a user has posted here, or you are authorised to act for the owner, write to us at info@thecomicfusion.com and we will review it promptly.

So that we can act on it, please include:

• identification of the work you say has been infringed;
• a link to, or screenshot of, the post in the app you are asking us to remove;
• your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address;
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf;
• your physical or electronic signature.

We will remove or disable access to material we find infringing and tell the user who posted it. If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address, and we will pass it to the person who complained.

We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright. We keep a record of the takedown notices we act on, and an account that accumulates repeated, substantiated complaints will be suspended and then closed. We may close an account immediately in a clear-cut case of serious infringement.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app, or any third-party website you reach through it, will be available, accurate, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, nor for the content, conduct, or availability of third-party websites, nor for content posted by other users. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the app, your content, your use of third-party websites, or your breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the app at any time and can ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or where we must for legal or security reasons.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date, and significant changes may be highlighted in the app. Continuing to use ComicFusion after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Ghaziabad, India, unless a mandatory law that protects you provides otherwise.
